Hello! I am Anu Safi, I graduated from MUIH with a Masters in Functional Nutrition, ACHS with a Masters in Herbalism & I am the Founder of Soular Healing Institute & Soular Organics!
I'm a Board Certified with the American Association of Wellness Practitioners as a BCHHP. I specialize in Nutrition and Preventive Care with a focus on epigenetic regenerative practices.
My passion has always been to fulfill nutritional gaps within my community through conscious and integrative techniques that will allow me to better assist those who need it. I have always had an interest in how foods can change and help the body even down to a cellular level, so it’s been my mission for health promotion and disease prevention.

in the belief that our bodies and the earth are intricately connected, and that healing our cells is solely in tandem with connecting to source. Our journey started with the fascination with the medicinal virtues of plants, their transformative effects on our bodies, and how we can integrate this healing within our everyday lives. We seek to educate and enhance the lives of this profound connection, with the vibrant knowledge and diverse practices of people throughout the diaspora. The goal is to infect our participants with a sense of reverence for what God has blessed us with on this Earth, because there is not a thing that human beings can create that can come close to the divine intelligence of what nature has engrained within the codes of nature.
